How do I create an account?

Registration is open. Open the app and choose Google, Apple or the option to create an account with email.

Does it really work offline?

You can access your active trip and files already saved on your device. Open and sync everything before leaving. Flight updates, automatic reading of new files and external services need a connection.

Does the app sell flights or book hotels?

No. It brings together the bookings you have already made, alongside your documents, itinerary and expenses.

Who can see my documents?

The organizer only sees your documents when you grant access to that category. Accepting a trip does not grant access to documents. You choose the duration and can revoke sharing.

How does my assistant send bookings?

Connect your Evoque account to an MCP-compatible assistant, provide a PDF or authorize an email source, and ask it to send the details. Proposals arrive as pending in the app for your review and confirmation. Connecting Evoque does not automatically grant email access.

Does the app guarantee entry to a destination?

No. It checks information and flags missing details. Verify document requirements with the source and relevant consulate. The app does not guarantee boarding, visas or entry.

What is still in development?

Évoque restaurant integration, bill splitting and settling up, Google/Apple/Outlook calendars and phone notifications. These are marked “coming soon”, with no announced release date.
