1. Who processes your data
This draft describes the data processing planned for Evoque Travels, operated by DPM Tecnologia Ltda. The public website presents the product; the app at app.evoque.global brings together travel information. For questions and requests, contact contato@evoque.global.
2. Account and travel information
Information you provide may include your name, email, information received through Google or Apple sign-in, travel documents and expiry dates, bookings, tickets, accommodation, travelers, preferences and expenses. Content depends on what you add and which features you use. Uploaded files may contain other people’s data; only share information you are authorized to provide.
3. Purposes
Processing necessary to provide the service enables account authentication, trip organization, storage of travel files, extraction of information from uploaded files, review of missing details and sharing according to your choices. Technical data may also be needed for operation, security, error resolution and support.
4. Sharing between people
Each person controls the data categories they share, the recipients and the duration. The default lasts until the end of the trip, and access can be revoked earlier. Joining a trip does not automatically share your documents. Data already exported or copied by a recipient may not be recoverable through revocation; operational limits should be explained in the sharing flow.
5. Assistants and file processing
Automatic file reading may process necessary file content through AI services. When connecting an external assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT, you authorize the interactions available through that connection. Email access requires separate authorization. Booking proposals sent through MCP remain pending confirmation in the app. Also review your assistant’s terms and privacy settings. The provider list, transmitted data and AI processing retention conditions must be confirmed before this policy takes effect.
6. Providers and processing locations
Operation may involve authentication, hosting, storage, mapping and AI providers. The product experience described here has no ads. Before this policy is published, DPM must identify the providers actually used, processing countries and applicable safeguards. This draft does not claim that all data remains in Brazil.
7. Vault and offline use
Loyalty program passwords in the vault are encrypted on your device and are not included in loyalty sharing. This does not mean that all app data uses the same encryption model. Trips and files saved for offline use remain on the device; protect device access and consider this when sharing it with others.
8. Dependents
The product allows parents or guardians to manage dependent information for trip organization. This may include children’s and teenagers’ data. Processing must serve the stated purpose and the dependent’s best interests, with applicable authorizations and safeguards. The authorization process and policy for minor accounts must be defined before public launch.
9. Legal grounds and your rights
Legal grounds must be defined for each purpose, including providing the service, legal obligations and consent where applicable. You can request information about processing, access and correction, as well as deletion, portability and other rights applicable to your circumstances. Send requests to contato@evoque.global. We may need to verify your identity to protect the account.
10. Retention, deletion and local storage
Retention periods, backup removal and the effect of deletion on shared data must be confirmed by the operator. This draft does not promise immediate deletion or an unestablished deadline. The review landing page only stores your appearance preference in the browser and has no analytics, advertising or collection form. The app and external services have their own processing activities that must be included in the final policy.
11. Updates
The current version will be dated at evoque.global/en/privacy. Material changes should be communicated through appropriate channels. This version is a local review draft and does not replace the final policy.
