Terms of use
1. Service and purpose
Evoque Travels organizes documents, bookings, itineraries and expenses for personal travel. It is not a travel agency, airline, hotel, immigration authority or provider of the booked services. Your relationship with travel providers remains subject to their terms.
2. Registration and access
Registration is open through the access options available in the app, including Google and Apple. Provide accurate information and protect access to your account. Third-party authentication is also subject to those services’ rules. Pricing and any paid plans, if introduced, must be disclosed before purchase.
3. Information and content
You retain ownership of your content. To operate the service, the platform needs to store, process and display it according to your sharing choices. Only submit information you are authorized to use. Illegal content, violation of third-party rights and unauthorized access to other people’s data are prohibited.
4. Trip and document checks
Alerts depend on the quality, completeness and freshness of available data. They assist your review but do not guarantee boarding, document validity, visa approval or entry to a country. Check original information and official destination and carrier requirements. Travel decisions and final verification remain your responsibility, without limiting legally protected rights.
5. Files, AI and assistants
Automatic reading may contain errors. Check names, dates, amounts and other details before saving or confirming. Connected assistants may propose bookings, which require confirmation in the app. Sending extracted details does not guarantee transfer of the original file. Assistant permissions and availability depend on the external service and account.
6. Offline use
Offline access requires the trip and files to have been saved on the device beforehand. New searches and external updates require a connection. Confirm access to travel files before leaving. Device changes, data clearing or uninstallation may affect local files.
7. Sharing and dependents
Organizers and participants must respect granted permissions and other people’s privacy. Anyone adding dependents must be authorized to represent them and provide their information. The age policy for individual accounts and required authorizations will be defined in the final terms.
8. Availability and future features
The service may experience interruptions, maintenance and changes. Features marked “coming soon” are in development with no delivery date announced on this page. External information, such as flight status and exchange rates, depends on available sources and does not replace confirmation with the relevant provider.
9. Intellectual property
Evoque’s brand, visual identity and proprietary materials belong to DPM Tecnologia Ltda. or their respective owners. Using the service does not authorize reproduction beyond applicable permissions.
10. Termination, requests and applicable law
Account closure requests and data questions can be sent to contato@evoque.global. Deletion and retention conditions must be included in the final policy. These terms will be governed by Brazilian law, respecting applicable user rights and jurisdiction rules. This draft does not impose exclusive jurisdiction or exclude liability required by law.
